By accessing and using Best Freight Logistics' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Best Freight Logistics.

- Load Finding & Negotiation
- Route Planning & Optimization
- Documentation Support
- Carrier Setup Assistance
- 24/7 Customer Support
3. User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Payment Terms
Fee Structure
Our dispatch services are billed on a percentage basis or flat weekly fee, as agreed upon in your service contract.
Payment Schedule
Payments are processed weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your chosen plan. All fees must be paid in full and on time.
Late Payment: Accounts with overdue payments may be subject to service suspension and late fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
Best Freight Logistics provides dispatch services only. We are not responsible for:
- Accidents, damages, or losses during transportation
- Cargo claims or insurance matters
- DOT violations or regulatory compliance issues
- Third-party broker or shipper defaults
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our dispatch services. We maintain professional liability insurance as required.
6. Service Termination
By You
You may terminate services with 14 days written notice. Final invoices must be settled before termination is complete.
By Us
We reserve the right to terminate services for breach of terms, non-payment, or illegal activities with immediate effect.
7. Communication & TCPA Compliance
Consent to Communication
By using our services, you consent to receive communications via phone, email, and text messages regarding:
- Service updates and load opportunities
- Account status and billing information
- Important notices and policy changes
You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by replying "STOP" to text messages or clicking unsubscribe in emails.
